Welcome to the Saint Louis Priory School's Mothers' Club!
Every mother who has a son enrolled at Priory is a member of the Mothers' Club, an organization dedicated to promoting sociability, school spirit and fundraising. Currently, we have 50 women serving as chairs and co-chairs on our 30 standing committees. Each committee is responsible for one or more activities that Priory moms organize in conjuction with the school. Last year we were busy:
-
We served 2,400 meals, 2,200 doughnuts, 1,400 cookies, and 1,100 snacks at various luncheons and receptions.
-
We labeled and mailed over 7,000 invitations.
-
We helped our sons serve the needy through Saint Augustine's Kitchen.
-
We helped Priory families in need through Beata Vobis.
-
Through Xanadu, we helped raise over $400,000 for scholarships and operating expenses.
-
We provided countless volunteers for Mothers' Club activities, school functions and the Campus Store.
Being a member of the Mothers' Club has benefits like invitations to coffees, luncheons and boutiques. Being an active member of the Mothers' Club is even more valuable because you:
-
Get a great feeling knowing you are part of a wonderful, spiritual, educational institution.
-
Make some amazing friends with smart, talented and loving mothers (just like you!).
-
Have many opportunities to gather information about what's going on, even if your son isn't especially forthcoming.
If you want to become more involved in the Mothers' Club, I invite you to fill out our Volunteer Sign-Up form, talk to one of the moms representing your son's Form, or contact me. We recognize that all of our moms are busy, and we are grateful for any time you can spare. I look forward to seeing you through the school year!
